Started as a continuing education company for Personal Trainers, the LAB has a twenty year history serving allied health professions. We possess a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving nature and critical role of technology in effective education and training models. 

By driving industry to maintain high professional standards and by staying in front of new trends, constantly branching into new areas of credentialing, we have unmatched experience in our understanding of accreditation and educational recognition. 

We like to credit our our creative, dynamic and interactive curriculum design to our roots in Personal Trainer development and Exercise Science. Engaging kinesthetic learners - especially online - takes immense skill!

Organizations are taking notice of the LAB! Started as a consulting business by Angela Santoni, Ph.D., the LAB was very much a one woman army until 2020. Since that time, the LAB expanded, initially hiring family talent, and in 2022, brought on an incredible team of individuals.
